VOSKOPOJA INFO & MUSEAL CENTER
Project in Progress
Immersive MA is developing Voskopoja Info & Museal Center as a contemporary gateway to one of Albania’s most distinctive cultural destinations.
Known for its 18th-century legacy as a center of culture, education, and religious art, Voskopoja offers a rich historical context that this project reinterprets into a clear and engaging visitor experience.
The concept is built around two complementary components:
Visitor & Tourist Center
Serving as the first point of contact, this space introduces visitors to Voskopoja through interactive maps, curated routes, and multimedia content, making it easier to navigate the destination and plan each visit.
Micro-Museum Experience
On the upper level, the experience shifts toward interpretation. A responsive 3D installation, combined with surrounding projections, brings forward stories, archival material, and key moments in the city’s evolution, creating a more direct connection with its past.
A Connected Experience
Information and interpretation come together as part of a continuous journey. Instead of simply guiding visitors on where to go, the project creates a deeper understanding of why Voskopoja matters.
GAD KORÇA – DIGITAL ART GALLERY
GAD Korça is Albania’s first digital art gallery and the only space of its kind in the region, an immersive cultural project developed by Immersive MA that redefines how art is experienced today.
Opened in December 2023, the gallery introduces a new exhibition approach where technology and artistic content are seamlessly integrated, moving beyond traditional formats of display. Through large-scale projections, animation, and immersive environments, artworks are no longer observed from a distance but experienced as part of a continuous visual and sensory flow.
Designed as a dynamic and multi-dimensional space, GAD Korça places the visitor at the center of the experience. Image, sound, and movement come together to create an environment that invites deeper engagement with both classical and contemporary works, offering a more immediate and emotionally resonant connection with art.
Since its opening, the project has demonstrated strong audience engagement, attracting visitors not only from across Albania but also from an international public, reflecting a growing interest in immersive cultural formats.
As a project by Immersive MA, GAD Korça marks an important step in the development of the creative industries in Albania, introducing immersive practices into the cultural landscape and positioning the country within a broader regional dialogue on new exhibition formats.
Conceived as a scalable concept, the project is set to expand into other cities across Albania, extending this model of immersive cultural experience to a wider audience.
More than a gallery, it represents a shift in how art can be presented, accessed and experienced, laying the groundwork for a new network of digital art spaces nationwide.
HERITAGE IN MOTION AWARD 2024 FINALIST
Albanian Iconography-The Great Masters
Presented within the framework of the European Museum Academy’s Heritage in Motion Awards 2024, an international initiative dedicated to advancing innovation in museology and contemporary exhibition practices, Albanian Iconography - The Great Masters, a project by Immersive MA, was selected as a finalist candidate among leading galleries and cultural institutions across Europe.
The European Museum Academy, a network of museum professionals and experts committed to the development of museological research and practice, serves as a platform where new ideas, methodologies, and approaches to the museum experience are examined and validated at an international level.
This participation marked the first time Albania was represented in such a context, positioning the project within a broader European discourse on museal innovation.
The work brings together Byzantine and post-Byzantine art, featuring works by masters such as Onufri, David Selenica, Konstandin Jeronimaku, and the Zografi Brothers, with immersive technologies, shaping a contemporary approach to experiencing cultural heritage through a carefully constructed environment.
Its selection within this framework places Immersive MA among contributors actively engaging with the evolving language of museal and experiential storytelling in Europe.
ALBANIAN ICT AWARDS – RECOGNITION
At the 12th edition of the Albanian ICT Awards, Immersive MA was recognized for its contribution to promoting cultural heritage through technology and innovation.
Bringing together key actors from technology, entrepreneurship, and the creative industries, the Albanian ICT Awards serves as one of the main platforms in the region dedicated to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and its impact on society.
This acknowledgment reflects Immersive MA’s ongoing work in connecting art with technological innovation, developing experiences that engage audiences, support education, and contribute to a more contemporary understanding of cultural heritage.
Operating at the intersection of creativity and technology, Immersive MA continues to expand how cultural content is presented and experienced, creating work that resonates both locally and internationally.
YOUTH THAT SHAPES THE FUTURE
From Movements to the Future
On December 8th "Albania’s National Youth Day", marking the student protests of 1990 that challenged the country’s communist regime and initiated the transition toward democracy, the Pyramid of Tirana becomes the setting for an immersive multimedia experience developed by Immersive MA.
Drawing from historical archives and the photographic legacy of Roland Tasho, the exhibition revisits these defining moments of youth-led resistance and transformation. Through an immersive approach by Immersive MA, this history is not only presented, but re-experienced as a living narrative.
By bringing together past and present within a continuous visual and emotional flow, the project invites audiences to reflect on the role of youth in shaping societal change, and how that legacy continues to resonate today.

LIG - LOST IN GENERATIONS
An Immersive Artistic Exploration of Memory and Connection
LIG "Lost in Generations" is an artistic project by Immersive MA that unfolds as a reflective journey through memory, heritage, and the emotional landscapes that shape both individual and collective identity.
At its core, LIG is not a linear narrative, but an experiential environment that invites audiences to move through layered stories drawn from real human experiences. It explores the relationships between generations: their continuities, their gaps, and the often unspoken tensions that define how we understand the past, interpret the present, and imagine the future.
Through immersive scenography, visual storytelling, and sound, the project creates a space where personal histories and shared memory intersect. It brings forward moments of connection and disconnection, revealing how identities are formed across time whether in harmony or in contrast.
LIG functions as both an artistic expression and an open invitation: a call to reflect on how generational narratives are constructed, inherited, and transformed. Rather than offering fixed interpretations, it allows each visitor to navigate the experience in their own way, encountering fragments of memory that resonate on a personal level.
Within this environment, audiences are encouraged to lose themselves in the flow of stories, only to rediscover their own place within them. Past and present are not presented as separate dimensions, but as interconnected layers that continuously inform one another.
By bringing together emotion, memory, and immersive technology, LIG creates a space of introspection, one that speaks not only about generations, but about the human need to understand where we come from and how that shapes who we become.

CULTURAL ITINERARY – FISHTA’S FOOTSTEPS
A cultural itinerary developed in collaboration with Atria Studio, focused on the life and legacy of Gjergj Fishta.
Within this project, Immersive MA has shaped the visual language and structure of the experience starting from the project’s identity, where elements inspired by the lines of the lahuta and Fishta’s calligraphy come together into a distinctive symbol of his cultural legacy.
This approach extends into the cartography of the itinerary, designed to support different types of journeys, from short visits to multi-day routes. Each location on the map becomes more than a destination, it acts as a connection to the places and stories that influenced Fishta’s work.
The experience is further guided through a system of minimalist icons, marking key moments and locations, and helping visitors navigate the itinerary in a clear and intuitive way.
Through these elements, Immersive MA contributes to transforming the itinerary into a clear, navigable, and engaging cultural experience.
